T&T got married!

So Scott's good friends Tim & Tatiana (now my good friends) got married! They are expecting a baby girl in a few months, so they decided to have a small ceremony now and a larger wedding in the summer.

They waited (probably not on purpose.....but I choose to think that it was) for Scott and I to arrive from Toronto. So off we went to the courthouse with Tim's grandmother, and Tatiana's Dad & family for the ceremony last Friday.

I'm not kidding when I say that there were people there getting married in hockey jerseys and jeans, and then there were people in full wedding garb (with matching bridesmaids and all). Some of the people looked to be about 15 years old - and then one bride was at least 70. It was all in all a pretty interesting experience. The ceremony was in a private room with a judge and it ended up being quite emotional. Funny, didn't cry at my own wedding, but bawled like a baby at T&T's... Guess I wasn't nervous at this one, so I was able to think about what was actually happening.

I'll post photos of the event later (she looked fantastic - she's at the perfect pregnancy stage - obviously pregnant, but not uncomfortable yet).
